In addition to supporting capital improvements and technology upgrades to the trading room, the Meyers’ gift also created a student-managed investment fund to allow for increased opportunities of practical learning as finance majors place and track trades by investing real funds in the stock market.

The Meyers have also endowed a fund to support faculty development and programming in the Department of Finance in perpetuity. In addition to their support of the 西格蒙德·韦斯商学院, the Meyers also supported renovations to Seibert Hall’s model classroom — now known as the Diane and Al Meyer Classroom in honor of Mr. 迈耶的父母.
